After chemo &amp; radiation ended, my doctor gave me the go ahead to live life “normally.” But for me, everything had changed. I looked different, I felt completely disconnected from my body and the fear of recurrence was so strong I was having daily panic attacks. It wasn’t until I dove into the world of health &amp; wellness that things started to change. I changed the way I ate, reduced inflammation and side effects through food, built back strength through mindful movement and drastically improved my mental health through mindfulness practices like journaling &amp; meditation. Now 7 years later I feel the happiest and strongest I’ve ever been and have been working with other survivors for over 5 years to do the same!</image:caption>
