Are you feeling like you no longer have any control of your own body because of your diagnosis and the subsequent treatments? I completely get it - I felt the same way having random body pains, feelings of extreme exhaustion, not knowing what I wanted to do next in my life, and complete overwhelm once my treatment was done and I was deemed cured.

Over the next 3 months, we’ll work together to dive into each aspect of your life including career, education, creativity, relationships, and health to understand where you feel lost and determine what you want from each. I’ll guide you in ways to incorporate clean eating to introduce nutrients back into your body, reduce remaining inflammation, and revamp your immune system.

Month 1 includes:

  • Understanding of your diagnosis, treatment, and remaining side effects

  • Goal setting for each month of the program

  • Primary food circle evaluation

  • Observing current diet and how you feel throughout the day

  • Pantry & kitchen walk-through (local or virtual)

  • Custom meal plans and grocery store shopping lists

  • Actionable steps to incorporate into your routine that align with your health goals

Month 2 includes:

  • Reviewing the previous month’s progress

  • Understand “crowding out” and various ways to introduce healthier food options into your diet

  • How to incorporate active movement into your daily routine

  • Understand sugar and fats - how they affect the body, what to avoid, and what to add in

  • Easy recipes and updated meal plans

  • New actionable steps based on your health goals and progress

Month 3 includes:

  • Review your progress

  • Revisit the primary food circle to observe life changes that have been made

  • Revisit goals and action plans from the previous two months

  • Understand carbohydrates and dairy - what works for your individual health and how they affect the body

  • Observe your current diet, how it’s changed, what’s working and not working

  • New actionable steps based on your health goals and progress

  • Review what worked best throughout the program and what tools you have that you can use for the rest of your life!
